**VOTRE MISSION**:
En reporting direct auprès des fondateurs, vos objectifs principaux seront de:

- **Faire évoluer la plateforme B2B2C de financement participatif **en implémentant de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- **Améliorer les parcours utilisateurs** de façon à améliorer la conversion et faciliter l'onboarding des utilisateurs de façon à doubler la communauté d'investisseur
- **Proposer et lancer de nouvelles solutions de financement**:

- **Concevoir et/ou déployer de nouveaux outils et processus** pour les équipes internes
- **Analyser et définir la meilleure stratégie **à court et long terme à adopter quant aux évolutions techniques et organisationnelles nécessaires en ligne avec les enjeux et la croissance de l'entreprise (in-house versus externalisation, recrutement

Au quotidien on attendra de vous de:

- **Définir la stratégie produit **en lien avec les objectifs des fondateurs
- **Construire la roadmap produit** et assurer sa bonne exécution en lien avec une agence externe
- **Discovery**:

- **Mener des entretiens utilisateurs avec les investisseurs**:

- **Assurer une veille marché**
- **Co définir en collaboration avec les équipes métiers** (marketing, customer success, sales) **les méthodes et outils nécessaires **et adaptés à leurs besoins.
- **Définir les Kpi's clés **et en assurer le bon suivi
- **Recruter** les futurs collaborateurs

**VOTRE PROFIL : First PM ou Head of Product**:

- Vous êtes diplômé d'une **formation ingénieur ou d'informatique**:

- **Vous évoluez depuis à mínima 6 ans sur des fonctions product : PM, Head of Product**:

- Vous justifiez de **solides compétences techniques, **vous permettant de challenger les choix des équipes tech
- **Data driven**, vous vous appuyez sur la data pour prendre vos décisions
- Doté d'un **esprit entrepreneurial** vous aimez structurer
- Vous faîtes **preuve de leadership**
