**Mission and main objectives**:
**1) Connected Services**
- Support Aftersales coordination, planning, management and execution for Connected Services (incl but not limited Program Milestones support, Regional requirements)
- Support establishment and implementation roadmap for A-IVC Aftersales services introduction (specifications, priorities, timelines, systems interface...)
- Secure Connected Car Data sharing and usage to enhance AS Operations (CRM, Dealer, internal usage)
- Counterpart to all relevant teams at Nissan regarding connected services related to Aftersales. Closely collaborate with AMIEO Aftersales functions, Global Aftersales CCS, OPD CCS, Product Planning, Marketing CE 2.0, IS regional & Global, R&D regional & Global and other internal stakeholders.

**2) Enrich AS Customer Journey**:

- Support/lead definition & deployment Connected Services Aftersales vision for Nissan in AMIEO (Key AS CCS, enablers, processes & integrations) for Connected Cars & non connected UIO in line with our AS Customer Journey Blueprint

**3) 1 App central touchpoint for AS**:

- Act as central point of contact for 1 App program Secure AS CCS processes within 1 App (native & UIO)

**Others**:

- Benchmark CCS for AS
- Explore POC opportunities

**Background and experience (years)**:

- Master Degree
- Minimum 5-years Automotive background ideally in Aftersales.
- Expertise in Project management and cross functional activities coordination.
- Knowledge of the connected vehicle industry and its basic principles.
- Result driven, multi-tasking and performance oriented
- Experience of an RBU is a plus
- MS Office expert / IT knowledge

**Specific technical skills**:

- Robust Project Management methodology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, sense of diplomacy
- Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Problem solving using logic, data, and reason
- Collaboration in a cross-cultural environment
- Highly motivated & Team Player
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
