PB Solutions recherche pour son client spécialisé dans la fabrication d'instruments et de solutions de mesure et de contrôle avancées dans divers domaines, notamment les semi-conducteurs, les sciences de la vie, l'énergie, les technologies environnementales et l'industrie situé à Beaune-la-Rolande dans le Loiret (45), un Ingénieur Calcul Simulation d aérodynamique H/F dans le cadre d’une mission de 6 mois renouvelable sur le long terme.
**En tant que Lead Design Engineer au sein de MKS Instruments, vous serez responsable de la conception et du développement de produits mécatroniques innovants. Vous utiliserez votre expertise en tant que mécatronicien expérimenté pour diriger et superviser des projets à l'international, en assurant un rôle de leader technique.**
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Concevoir et développer des produits mécatroniques en utilisant une approche intégrée, combinant les domaines de la mécanique, de l'électronique et de l'informatique.
- Assumer un rôle de leader technique en fournissant une orientation et une expertise dans les projets de conception mécatronique, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Gérer et coordonner les activités de conception, de prototypage et de validation des produits, en respectant les délais et les normes de qualité.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de recherche et développement pour proposer de nouvelles idées, évaluer les faisabilités techniques et participer à l'innovation des produits.
- Assurer le suivi des projets, évaluer les risques et résoudre les problèmes techniques rencontrés tout au long du processus de développement.
- Fournir des conseils et une expertise technique aux membres de l'équipe, en favorisant le partage des connaissances et le développement des compétences.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes et externes, y compris les partenaires commerciaux et les fournisseurs, pour assurer une gestion efficace des projets à l'international.
- Veiller à ce que les produits conçus respectent les normes de qualité, de performance et de sécurité, en suivant les réglementations applicables.
**Description du profil**:
Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent dans le domaine de la mécatronique, de la mécanique, de l'électronique ou d'une discipline connexe.
Solide expérience en tant que mécatronicien, avec une expertise avancée dans la conception et le développement de produits intégrant des composants mécaniques, électroniques et informatiques.
Expérience confirmée en tant que leader technique, ayant dirigé des projets complexes à l'international.
Connaissance approfondie des méthodologies de conception, des outils de modélisation 3D (par exemple, SolidWorks) et des logiciels de simulation (par exemple, Ansys, MATLAB, Simulink).
Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet, capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets, à respecter les délais et à coordonner les équipes. Ainsi qu’en résolution de problèmes, capacité à prendre des décisions éclairées et à résoudre les problèmes techniques de manière proactive.
Dotée d’une très bonne communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour interagir efficacement avec des équipes multiculturelles et des partenaires internes et externes.
