**Vos missions au quotidien **:Vous avez une vraie passion pour la gestion de projet ? Vous souhaitez faire avancer les enjeux de Responsabilité Environnementale et Sociale (RSE) et participer à la transformation d’un Groupe bancaire de premier plan ? Vous avez par ailleurs aussi une appétence pour les projets de transformation des systèmes d’information pour les aligner avec les enjeux des métiers ? Rejoignez-nous sur ce poste d’Assistant (e) Chef de Projet ESG (Environnent, Social and Governance) Vous commencerez par vous approprier le contexte et les enjeux : ambitions des métiers en termes de ventes et financements ESG, ambition du Groupe, contraintes réglementaires, engagements volontaires (Net Zero Banking Alliance, Accords de Paris ), enjeux réputationnels. Puis vous vous familiariserez avec les projets d’évolutions des processus métiers et des systèmes d’information qui sont lancés pour supporter les business et units et répondre à ses enjeux. Enfin, vous plongerez dans la méthodologie de suivi/gestion de projets en manipulant les outils dédiés de PMLC (Project Management LifeCycle) et les attentes du management en termes de gouvernance et de suivi ;Concrètement, vous serez amené(e), sous la supervision de votre tuteur et/ou votre manager, à : Piloter et suivre un ou plusieurs chantiers du Projet ; Effectuer le pilotage financier et le suivi budgétaire ; Préparer des comités de pilotage et opérationnels.
