**Electra is constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast recharging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and a user experience simplified to the maximum.**Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Milan, Zurich, Vienna, Madrid and Munich** Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 14,500 charging points by 2030**; proud to participate in the energy transition in France and Europe. **Your Missions**:
At the intersection of digital and physical, Electra is crafting a product that blends front-end (mobile apps and web apps), back-end (managing stations and connections with partners), and physical hubs. **Our goal: to revolutionize the charging experience.**
As a Product Manager attached to the Product team and reporting to the Head of Product, you will lead product initiatives for the Growth squad.
**This squad is crucial to one of Electra's fundamental challenges: increasing traffic in our hubs.** To achieve this, the squad leverages three main strategies:
- Developing an acquisition and retention strategy (AARRR) in collaboration with the revenue team and translating it into solutions applicable across all Electra products
- Developing Electra Business, our charging solution for fleets
- Developing Electra Partners, our reporting and cross-marketing solution for real estate partners
As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- **Discover the Value**: Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and data to identify the most significant problems to solve.
- **Discover the Solution**: Collaborate with your squad and business stakeholders to develop solutions that add value for our users and fit within business constraints.
- **Support Execution**: Aid design and engineering teams during development.
- **Assist in Quality Assurance**: Support developers during QA sessions.
- **Monitor and Adjust**: Track your metrics, report on impact, and make necessary adjustments.
This position is based in Paris, with options available in Lyon.
**Your profile**:
You have at least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record in managing high-traffic products and leading product teams. You have a strong educational background - graduated from an engineering or business school.

- **Leadership and Autonomy**: You are capable of guiding the team with autonomy, driving product initiatives to meet the objectives of the Growth team. You bring energy, passion, and a hands-on attitude to the team, ready to dive into the details and energize others
- **Solution-Oriented**: You excel at problem-solving, always looking for efficient and effective solutions to challenges, ensuring that both product goals and user needs are met.
- **Curious**: Driven by a desire to continually learn, you’re eager to explore new tools and approaches that can drive innovation.
- **Growth-Mindset** : You have a strong capacity for listening, openness to criticism, and a continuous desire to improve and learn..
- **Transparent**: You believe in open and honest communication, and you are not afraid to share information, challenges, and successes with the team.
- **Languages**: Fluency in French and English is required to ensure effective communication within our diverse, multinational team and with external partners. This includes both written and oral communications.
- **Comfortable with tools** like Notion, Jira, and Figma. You're always ready to leverage technology to enhance productivity.
