**Scope**
You will be responsible for the implementation of Albéa Tubes Talent Management Programs, all around the world and will manage the Tubes L&D Team (two people)

**Main activities**
- Implement the Learning & Development strategy, with our key HR and Business Partners: define the priorities, define our L&D offer and implement concrete training courses (EHS, Sales Academy )
- Manager the Performance Review process for Tubes, in coordination with the HR Directors and the other Business Unit: with the right timeline, training and communication tools
- Manager the Diversity, Inclusion & Equity (DEI) Roadmap: Drive the project implementation with the DEI internal working Group
- Follow-up the People Review process and ensure implementation of key decision with the Business Leaders
- Strengthen internal Mobility Practice by implementing the rights process and tools
- Strengthen our Management & Leadership training by defining the right learning path by target and the right offer

**Accountability including KPIs**
- Guarantee project delivery in time and with the expected output
- Guarantee that the workforce has the right skills set and tools for performing their jobs.
- Guarantee L&D Targets are reached

**Profile (Experience & qualifications)**
Experience & education
- At least 5 years’ experience Human Resources, with a significant experience in in L&D (Learning & Development) or Talent Management related role
- International exposure & experience

Knowledge / Skills
- Project Management, with organization & multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in matrix and multi-cultural environment with strong leadership
- Excellent communication skills to drive teams, coach internal stakeholders and face customers
- Results Oriented and Problem-solving mindset

Languages - job tool box
- English - speak and write fluently
- Pack office including Excel
