- We're currently looking for a _**_Supply Contracts Lead _**_._

**Job Description / Purpose / Vision**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform reviews of supplier/subcontractor deviations to T&Cs for various supply contract types (e.g. Goods, Services, Alliance or Master Services and Logistics agreements).
- Support and lead Ts&Cs negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Provide functional interface and strategic point of contact to GSCS, Legal and product line teams on T&Cs issues.
- Support of proposal development activities involving supply chain (if required).
- Analyze customer contract requirements and support legal and sourcing in developing commercial approach/response.
- Review of customer contracts for “flowdown” of requirements to suppliers and subcontractors.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business or recognized equivalent required.
- Minimum of 15 years project, power plant market, indirect and direct spend and supplier/subcontractor terms and conditions experience required.
- Procurement project management, and major contract negotiation in the power market is desired.
- Experience in the nuclear power business is also a plus.
- Strong communication skills and history of interfacing with multiple functional groups.
