**Votre futur poste**:
You are looking for an R&D internship in which you can take on real responsibilities and work independently? You want to gradually acquire the skills you need to prepare for your future career?
Then come and experience #LactalisExperience at our Retiers site (35 - near Rennes). Reporting to the Applied Research Division and working as part of the Innovation team, you will contribute to the development of the team's expertise in dairy proteins and the modulation of their functionalities using enzymes:
- Conduct a literature review to assess the enzymes that can optimize the functionality of dairy proteins in various dairy products ;
- Identify innovative technological enzymes ;
- Define work axes, design experiment plans, and conduct formulation tests in the labotary ;
- Analyze the results of your tests through physicochemical characterizations ;
- Synthesize, analyze and formalize the results to provide useful recommendations for the development or renovation of dairy products.
This internship is for a 6-month period starting in February or March 2025.

**Your strengths**
As a student in your final year of a Master's degree or engineering school, specializing in biochemistry or food science, you ideally have some initial experience in an R&D laboratory.
You have a sound knowledge of protein biochemistry and enzymology.
Proactive and inquisitive by nature, you are recognized for your analytical skills, your sense of organization and your interest in experimentation.
You are comfortable using the Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
You are fluent in English.
