Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Marketing, le Business Analyst intervient en fournissant les analyses nécessaires à la compréhension de la performance, en mettant en place les outils de suivi adéquats et en étant support à la mise en place de la stratégie (ventes, marketing).

Vous travaillerez de manière transversale au sein de nos équipes : Marketing, Commerciale, CRM, en relation avec le siège international... Vous exploitez différentes sources de données pour générer des informations sur les clients et identifier de manière proactive des actions visant à rendre notre offre et notre concept aussi pertinents que possible pour nos clients. Nous recherchons un analyste passionné et axé sur les données qui souhaite avoir un impact sur la vie des clients.

Vos responsabilités

Travailler en partenariat avec les ressources commerciales et marketing pour définir des actions et des priorités basées sur les données des clients.
Développer et améliorer le volume, la profondeur et le flux des données clients dans nos activités locales.
Analyser la performance commerciale (ventes internes et performance sur le marché) et de l’activité de la force de vente afin de fournir les insights pour l’aide à la décision et proposer des recommandations d’optimisation
Préparer et participer aux différentes business review, présentation des résultats durant les séminaires de ventes
Effectuer la segmentation et le ciblage, ainsi que d'autres informations multidimensionnelles sur les clients, afin de générer des connaissances utiles.
Soutenir les équipes dans les initiatives stratégiques, y compris le développement de nouvelles approches client.

A propos de vous

Pour réussir dans ce poste de spécialiste de Business Analyst, vous devez aimer les données et la modélisation quantitative et avoir un intérêt marqué pour la compréhension des principaux moteurs de l'entreprise en dehors de l'analyse. Vous êtes curieux et avez une approche proactive. Vous pouvez influencer les décisions clés en utilisant les données de manière persuasive. Vous êtes axé sur les solutions et les résultats, et vous avez un fort penchant pour l'action.

De formation supérieure en commerce, économie ou sciences des données.
Expériences dans des fonctions analytiques dans l'industrie ou le conseil (stage inclus)
Vous parlez anglais couramment.

**Maîtrise de l'un des outils suivants**: Excel, SQL, Python, DAX
Expérience de la traduction de grandes quantités de données complexes en rapports simples et significatifs.
Expérience de l'utilisation d'outils analytiques tels que SQL et/ou Python serait un plus.
