The Alstom RSC Operations department has launched an innovative and digital transformation program called e-POP (Process & Operations Performance). Its objective is to harness all system-generated data** **available to improve operational efficiency (with fact-based decision-making process). This Program focuses on usage transformation thanks to digital with the objective to simplify targeted end-users day-to day life and bring value through innovation.

Directly reporting to the Transverse Operations - Performance & BI Manager, your main mission will be to coordinate the team in charge of digital tools implementation for our department as well as implement Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting tools for our department. Your appetite for Big Data, Analytics & Business Intelligence as well as your ability to strongly collaborate with business teams (in headquarter and in industrial sites) as well as with Information System Technical teams (mainly based in India) are key factors to success.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be a QlikSense expert in charge of implementing new BI and reporting solutions for our department
- Guide and oversee a team of consultants to work together and to complete projects quickly and in the most efficient way, maintaining timelines, sprints, budget, and risks for projects, but with a continuous focus on customer (end-user) satisfaction
- Challenge business on their needs to be in line with digital backbone strategy
- Measure and report on projects’ progress
- Based on customer requests and BI priorities & constraints, coordinate workload prioritization and resources allocation
- Lead BI technical committees with Information System Technical teams (based in Saint-Ouen & in India) to ensure sharing and effective resolution of defects
- Drive Proof of Concept (PoC) with industrial sites / headquarter (BPOs) teams to evaluate plausibility of potential solutions
- Constantly watch on market technological developments and innovative products for your domain of expertise and promote them, when relevant

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- You have a degree in computer science (or related discipline) from an engineering school or university (French or European), with a minimum of 6 years-experience in business intelligence project management
- You have a strong expertise in Qlik Sense/Power BI. An experience in BO / BW and SAP is an asset.
- You are open-minded with an ability to inspire and motivate others to deliver excellent results
- You have a proven track record of leading successful project teams
- You have excellent communication, listening, presentation and writing skills (French & English)
- You are able to work well with others in an international environment
- You have solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- You are able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- You are able to work independently with mínimal supervision and can provide clear and fact-based reporting to your direct management
- To satisfy and create added value for your customers (end-users) is key for you
