Nous sommes à la recherche d’un/e **Medical Coordinator **qui soit** à l’aise dans la gestion / l’assistanat et ait une bonne connaissance de l’environnement réglementaire du secteur pharma** pour rejoindre notre** équipe en immunologie**, basé**(e)** dans notre **filiale en France à Colombes, Paris pour un CDD jusque Septembre 2024, renouvelable.**

**Concernant le rôle**

Assure la coordination des activités médicales dans les domaines suivants:

- Projets médicaux France et Global
- Formation des Délégués Hospitaliers Spécialistes
- Compliance / Transparence / DMOS
- Suivi budgétaire
- Assistance du Scientific Lead

**Vous travaillerez avec**

- Toutes les directions
- Maison-Mère ou autres filiales

Externes:

- Professionnels de santé
- Associations de patients
- Prestataires divers

**Vos activités**

**Soutien actif des projets médicaux France et Global**:

- Contribue à la définition des actions à mettre en place, en assure la coordination et le suivi administratif et opérationnel (boards régionaux et nationaux, staffs, RP, réunions patients, congrès nationaux et internationaux).
- Participe à des projets médicaux de type « accès précoce »,
- Organise, prépare et réalise les comptes-rendus (si nécessaire) des réunions hebdomadaires
- Participe activement aux réunions stratégiques de sa PVU.

**Formation des délégués hospitaliers spécialistes de la PVU**:

- Prépare et organise le programme de formation des délégués avec le Scientific Lead, qu’il s’agisse de la formation continue ou de la formation initiale.
- Gère et assure le suivi de la validation des supports de formation (Médical / Marketing / Réglementaire). S’assure de la conformité des documents avec les process (forme).
- Assure la traçabilité des différents documents.
- Gère les indicateurs qualité dans le cadre de la charte de la VM (QCM, MeS,).
- Informe dans les temps la Direction des Ressources Humaines de la présence des Délégués aux formations, prévoit et organise, le cas échéant, les formations de rattrapage.
- Prépare et participe à l'audit de certification de la VM avec la personne responsable de la charte de la VM.
- Met en œuvre les actions qui découlent des Comités de Pilotage.

**Compliance / Transparence / DMOS**:

- Rédige, en collaboration avec le prestataire externe le cas échéant, les contrats médecins dans les temps impartis, dans le respect des process internes et DMOS.
- Traite, en collaboration avec le prestataire externe, les notes d'honoraires et remboursements des frais des médecins.
- Prépare, gère et assure le suivi des dossiers de dons et de partenariats avec les associations de patients ou de professionnels de santé dans le respect des process internes et DMOS.

**Assure le suivi budgétaire des activités médicales.**

**Assiste le Medical Strategy Lead **:rappel des diverses échéances, organisation logistique

**Intéressé/e ? Pour ce poste, vous devez posséder la formation, l'expérience et les compétences suivantes**:
**Formation initiale**
- Bac+2 / 3 Gestion, assistanat

**Expérience professionnelle**
- 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’assistanat ou de la gestion.
- Bonne connaissance de l’anglais
- Environnement règlementaire
- Pack office et intérêt pour le digital
- Maturité professionnelle
- Organisation, rigueur, gestion des priorités
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- Autonomie, initiative
- Esprit d’équipe
- Disponibilité, flexibilité
