IS Area Relationship Manager - All Genders
Notre département IS recherche un Area Relationship Manager qui évoluera en CDI au sein du département IS et sera rattaché au Domain Manager ARM au sein d’une équipe de 9 collaborateurs.
**Quelle est votre mission chez bioMerieux ?**
L'équipe Area Relationship Manager EMEA LATAM gère la relation avec les métiers sur l'ensemble des sites de production et filiales bioMérieux des régions EMEA et LATAM.
En charge d'un portefeuille de sites, l’ARM accompagne les utilisateurs et responsables locaux dans la compréhension des services IS mis à leur disposition, leur utilisation et adoption.
- Gérer la relation en assurant l'alignement des enjeux et stratégie IS et métiers à l’échelle de la zone et la prise en compte des besoins locaux. Une relation solide avec les gestionnaires de sites, les directeurs financiers et les autres décideurs locaux fera de vous le contact principal pour les problèmes ou questions liés aux systèmes d'information sur votre zone.
- Favoriser l'utilisation des services IS en expliquant leur contenu, les SLA et les résultats associés et en prenant en charge les utilisateurs clés dans leur compréhension des outils IS via le support, la formation / encadrement ad’hoc
- Suivre l’activité de la zone en analysant la tendance actuelle des tickets et lançant les actions requises pour accélérer la résolution d’incidents critiques et améliorer les processus internes ou externes (partenaires de l’IS)
- Accompagner les projets quand cela est nécessaire
- Participer à l’animation du réseau d’assistant(e)s et spocs
- Identifier et favoriser la remontée des besoins métiers en vous appuyant sur votre réseau de Portfolio managers
- Faciliter les échanges et la communication entre les contacts sites, les équipes IS et les partenaires
- Supporter le modèle économique IS en l’expliquant, en collaboration avec d'autres équipes IS, en aidant les utilisateurs à ajuster leurs consommations et à établir le budget annuel
- Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques cybersécurité et alerter sur les comportements à risque
Portefeuille régional comprenant 1 site industriel & R&D France et 1 cluster régional. D’autres sites pourront été envisagés selon le plan de charge de l’équipe
**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Ingénieur informatique ou généraliste
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le secteur ou une expérience équivalente dans l'industrie
- Anglais et français courant
- Créatif et esprit de synthèse
- Très bonne communication ainsi que la capacité de l’adapter aux différentes populations d’utilisateurs
- Capacité à prendre des sujets complexes pour les faire avancer
