**Mission**:

- Au sein de notre du siège parisien, pour le compte de notre client issu du secteur Energie, nous recherchons actuellement un
- **Acheteur AMO dans le domaine des systèmes d’information **(H/F).
- Rattaché(e) fonctionnellement au Responsable achats de notre client, vous interviendrez au sein d’une équipe du service Achats/Contract Management.
- Le poste est basé en région
- **Ile de France**.
- Plus précisément, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Rédaction des pièces constitutives des dossiers de consultation entreprises (DCE), sur la base de données d’entrées fournies par l’ingénieur achats, à savoir:

- Ø Avis d’appel public à la concurrence,
- Ø Règlement de consultation ou d’appel d’offres,
- Ø Projet de contrat.
- Suivi des procédures de mise en concurrence (consultations et procédures formalisées) et gestion des étapes inhérentes à celles-ci:

- Ø Publication et mise en ligne des procédures achats, via l’outil informatique adéquat,
- Ø Rédaction des courriers d’échanges pendant la consultation avec les soumissionnaires,
- Ø Préparation / contribution à l’analyse financière,
- Ø Préparation de la rédaction de la note de synthèse de consultation ou d’appel d’offres,
- Ø Rédaction des notifications de rejet et attribution des marchés,
- Contractualisation et suivi contractuel:

- Ø Finalisation administrative de la formalisation des contrats,
- Ø Rédaction des avenants,
- Ø Rédaction des déclarations de sous-traitance,
- Ø Suivi contractuel simple d’un marché,
- Traitement des commandes SAP:

- Ø Analyse et négociation éventuelle des DA
