Paris La Défense Arena est la plus grande enceinte d’Europe
qui accueille des concerts, des spectacles, des évènements spéciaux (de la
convention d’entreprise aux défilés de mode en passant par les salons
professionnels) et des évènements sportifs, dont l’organisation des matchs de
Rugby du Racing 92, club de Rugby professionnel.

Ultra moderne et innovante, Paris La Défense Aréna se caractérise par une modularité exceptionnelle et un accueil de qualité de ses clients, prestataires et collaborateurs.

Depuis son inauguration en octobre 2017 avec les Rollings Stones, Paris La Défense Arena a doublé son nombre d’évènements accueilli et leur diversité dont les évènements d’entreprise et les évènements privés (évènements sans billetterie).

Paris La Défense Arena opère en tant qu’Organisateur/Producteur pour le compte du Racing 92, sur l’accueil des matchs de Rugby. Par ailleurs, l’enceinte accueille des concerts de tournées et des évènements construits sur mesure pour Paris La Défense Arena comme des concerts ou des évènements privés/d’entreprise pilotés par des agences.

Nous recherchons un Event manager, véritable courroie de transmission entre l’organisateur et les équipes de Paris La Défense Arena.

L’Event Manager est placé sous l’autorité de la Direction de la Programmation.

Vos missions

Chef de projet événementiel, l’Event Manager est le point d’entrée et assure l’interface entre les organisateurs d’événements et les services internes de Paris La Défense Arena.

L’Event Manager sera amené à travailler sur tous types d’évènements programmés à Paris La Défense Arena, des conventions d’entreprise aux concerts, spectacles en passant par les matchs du Racing 92, les défilés de mode, les salons grand public et
des grandes manifestations sportives.

Il est l’interlocuteur principal des régisseurs et des directions de production des événements. Il sera donc amené à développer ces relations auprès des acteurs du secteur.
- Assurer l’accueil des organisateurs des évènements programmés à Paris La Défense Arena ;
- Coordonner les différents services internes en lien avec l’événement ;
- Définition de la jauge/configuration avec les services compétents et l’Organisateur

(implantation technique);
- Assurer le bon déroulement de l’événement et de la qualité des prestations délivrées en lien avec les services de Paris La Défense Arena ;
- Participer à la réflexion au côté des équipes de booking et du directeur des opérations, de l’émergence d’événement au travers notamment de l’étude des différentes configurations envisageables ;
- D’organiser des réunions de brief et de débriefing de chaque événement ; De s’assurer du suivi budgétaire de l’événement et d’assurer le reporting en coordination avec le contrôleur de gestion de Paris La Défense Arena

Vos compétences

Qualités professionnelles
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en simultané
- Aptitude au travail en équipe
- Esprit d’initiative et Force de proposition ;
- Compétences techniques
- Connaissance des principaux outils de bureautique (Pack Office) ;
- L’Anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral ;
- Une connaissance des principaux outils de DAO est un plus (Autocad, SketchUp,

Vector);
**Qualité comportementale**:

- Polyvalence ;
- Rigueur ;
- Diplomatie ;
**Expérience**: Une expérience professionnelle minimum de 10 ans dans un poste similaire.
- Travail en semaine, soir, weekend et éventuellement jours fériés ;
- Base de 225 jours travaillés par an, rachat des RTT inclus ;
- Prise en charge de 50% du pass navigo ;
