Cristóbal Balenciaga fonde sa Maison en 1917 dans son pays natal, l’Espagne. En 1937, il établit sa marque à Paris et y conçoit ses collections jusqu’en 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga, en tant que Couturier, proposait une création exigeante et avait la réputation de ne faire aucun compromis ce qui lui valut d’être désigné par Christian Dior comme « le maître à tous » et comme « le couturier des couturiers » par Gabrielle Chanel. Les formes ultra-modernes sont devenues la signature de la Maison.
Si l’identité de la Maison est avant tout ancrée dans son prêt-à-porter conceptuel, ses collections de maroquinerie, chaussures et autres accessoires connaissent également un succès mondial. Les sacs de la Maison sont d’ailleurs devenus des icônes de la maroquinerie d’aujourd’hui. Lancées pour l’Été 2017, les collections prêt-à-porter Homme Balenciaga ont rapidement été couronnées de succès à l’international.
Depuis octobre 2015, Demna est directeur artistique et conçoit l’ensemble des collections de la Maison.
La Maison Balenciaga, qui appartient au Groupe Kering depuis 2001, est l’un des noms les plus influents du monde de la mode.
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Coordinateur de collection maroquinerie.
**Job Description**:
- Votre opportunité_
En qualité de Coordinateur de Collection Maroquinerie au sein du Studio Maroquinerie, vous êtes directement rattaché(e) au Responsable Coordination de Collection Maroquinerie et vous coordonnez le développement des collections auprès des Designers.
- Votre contribution_
- Vous êtes en charge du suivi des projets en développement de votre Designer, du brief jusqu’à la normalisation,
- Vous êtes garant du suivi du calendrier de développement, du respect du brief créatif et commercial,
- Vous lancez les prototypes et vous assurez du respect de la demande Design sur celui-ci,
- Vous organisez et animez les ressources pour la bonne réalisation de vos projets, et êtes l’interface incontournable entre le Studio et les différents départements de la Maison (Développement, Collection Merchandising, Image, Studio RTW ),
- Vous facilitez la collaboration et la communication entre les équipes style, les équipes de développement et les équipes de production en Italie,
- Vous êtes en charge de la rédaction des outils de suivi de collection et assurez leur mise à jour (Plan de collection, Overviews, Compte-rendu de Réunion),
- Vous communiquez sur les avancements de vos projets, identifiez les risques et êtes force de proposition pour lever ces risques,
- Vous supportez les équipes Ecom et Training dans la rédaction des explications produit et la validation des visuels produits.
- Vous êtes_
- Un professionnel issu d’une école d’ingénieur ayant minimum 5 ans d’expérience incluant une expérience significative en maroquinerie de luxe.
- Une personne flexible et autonome dotée d’un fort esprit d’équipe.
- Un expert sur le pack office (PowerPoint est indispensable) et InDesign. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit de synthèse, votre rigueur et votre organisation.
- Vous avez une maitrise courante de l’anglais et du français. L’italien serait un grand plus.
