Key responsabilities
- Develop, submit and implement the Marketing Strategy for one or more products (Action Planning, operations, budgeting, and ROI evaluation) taking into account the EMEA strategy and the specificities of the french market.
- Structure the Product portfolio for which he is responsible in close collaboration / Co-construction with the Strategic Capabilities & Marketing Lead Manager.
- Operational Deployment of the Marketing Strategy (Implementation and monitoring of projects)
- Adaptation, Maintenance and updating of the Marketing Documentation for HCPs as well as Sales Force (Catalog, Brochures, data sheets, ) with the support of Profed and the Regulatory Specialist for Regulatory validation (ANSM and VEEVA approvals).
- Ensure the creation of value for the Company and for our franchises by responding perfectly to the needs and expectations of our customers by a precise knowledge of the therapeutic area, the patient’s care path, its evolution and the evolution of the care system.
- In collaboration with Strategic Capabilities & Marketing Lead, actively participates in KOL Management and in establishing partnerships with Ophthalmologists of today and tomorrow, involving them in congresses, expert meetings, symposiums
- Actively participates in the continuous Training of the Sales Organization.
- Participates in conferences, Symposia and major scientific events.
- Management, optimization and respect of an annual budget
- Management of congresses (booths) and Organization of scientific events (AVA/EPU/Roadshows) : to manage the logistics part and monitor the budge
- Accompanying staff on the requirements for interactions with healthcare professionals on French regulations (anti-gift law, Xavier Bertrand law, internal compliance policy and the MedTech Code)

En coordination avec le Strategic Capabilities & Marketing Lead, le Cataract & Refractive Brand Manager est chargé de proposer, de mettre en place et de coordonner la stratégie Marketing afin de développer le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité des produits de sa marque. Il est un support clé sur tous les aspects techniques en ophtalmologie et sur la formation pour l'ensemble de la Business Unit. Il manage directement certains événements clés (stands, congrès, symposium, EPU, Staff,...) dans le respect total des règles de conformité et du budget, et développe ainsi une relation de confiance étroite avec les KOLs.

Responsabilités
- Développer, soumettre et mettre en œuvre la Stratégie Marketing pour un ou plusieurs produits de la gamme (plan d'actions, opérations, budgétisation et évaluation du ROI) en tenant compte de la stratégie EMEA et des spécificités du marché français.
- Structurer le portefeuille de produits dont il est responsable en étroite collaboration / co-construction avec le Strategic Capabilities & Marketing Lead Manager.
- Déploiement opérationnel de la stratégie Marketing (mise en œuvre et suivi des projets)
- Adaptation, Suivi et Mise à Jour de la documentation Marketing pour les Professionnels de Santé et la Force de Vente (catalogues, brochures, fiches techniques,...) avec le support de la Professional Education et des Affaires Règlementaires (Approbations interne et ANSM)
- Assurer la création de valeur pour l'entreprise et pour nos Marques en répondant parfaitement aux besoins et aux attentes de nos clients par une connaissance précise de l'aire thérapeutique, du parcours de soins du patient et de l'évolution du système de soins.
- En collaboration avec le Strategic Capabilities & Marketing Lead, participe activement à la gestion des KOLs et à l'élaboration de partenariats avec les ophtalmologistes d'aujourd'hui et d
