Tasks
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Assist with setting up and maintaining computer equipment and peripherals
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions in a ticketing system

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Familiarity with remote access software and ticketing systems
