**Context**:
Au sein de la Direction Financière de GEMS (Expertise Center FINOPS), l’équipe Cost Control est en charge du pilotage et du suivi de la performance financière et opérationnelle des coûts d’opex de la BU : masse salariale, dépenses IT, consulting, coûts externes (juridique, Marketing & Communication, Training et recrutement, Assurances, services financiers ) voyages, loyers, Market Data, refacturations internes.

Le périmètre comprend plus de 3000 collaborateurs et plus d’1 milliard d’euros d’OPEX.

En tant que contrôleur de gestion Cost Control vous assurerez la préparation, la consolidation et l’analyse des OPEX de votre périmètre de coût, avec pour clients principaux : le management de la BU, le Groupe, le controlling synthèse de la BU, les responsables opérationnels et financiers des différentes Business Platforms et Expertise Centers GEMS (GAS, POWER, Risk Management Supply, B2B, countries platforms ).

**Role**:
**Vous serez notamment responsable de**:

- **Coordonner les différents processus de gestion** (réels et prévisionnels) au sein de GEMS et de l’équipe Cost Control sur votre périmètre de couts, organiser la remontée d’informations entre les différentes parties prenantes dans le respect des délais et normes fixés par le Groupe, assurer le lien avec les filiales.**
- **Fournir une vue consolidée des OPEX de votre périmètre** sur l’ensemble des phases de gestion au management et au Groupe, dans le respect des délais et normes fixés**:

- **Analyse, synthèse et présentation de la performance financière** sur chaque clôture mensuelle comprenant l’analyse des résultats à date et la mise à jour du point de sortie annuel (Best Estimate) : indicateurs, synthèse chiffrée et analyses à destination du management et du Groupe
- **Production des prévisions financières Budget et plan** (horizon à 3 ans) ainsi que de la production lors des closing mensuels des best estimate (point de sortie annuel)
- **OPEX Business Partner** : Produire une vision analytique transverse à l’intention d’une ou plusieurs Business Platforms ou Expertise Centers.
- Répondre aux sollicitations ad hoc sur des sujets opérationnels et financiers.

**Vous participerez également à**:

- Calcul des provisions pour les arrêtés comptables sur les natures de coûts de votre périmètre;
- Validation des engagements de dépenses sur votre périmètre de suivi (en collaboration avec les Achats);
- Structuration et mise à jour du référentiel de gestion en cohérence avec l’évolution de l’organisation et du plan de comptes Groupe. Être force de proposition en interne et avec les filiales sur les évolutions;
- Contribution au développement de l'efficience des processus et outils de l'équipe : constitution d’une base de données de gestion, automatisation des reportings

**Hard skills**:

- Qualités de synthèse et d'analyse
- Très bon niveau Microsoft Office, notamment excel et Powerpoint
- Aisance dans l'utilisation des systèmes d'information financiers (connaissances des ERP comptables type SAP). La connaissance de l’outil de reporting Groupe (SAP Finance) serait un plus.
