Descriptif du poste

**POSTE ET MISSIONS**

L'équipe Data & Knowledge Graph est responsable de la gestion et de la mise à disposition des données externes (principalement des données textuelles et des données marché), ainsi que de la maintenance et de l'évolution des Knowledge Graphs (référentiels financiers).

En tant que Lead Data & Knowledge Graph, vous participerez à la création et à la mise en place de la roadmap de l'équipe selon la stratégie de l'entreprise (acquisition de sources de données supplémentaires, contrôle de la qualité des données, rendre les outils Knowledge Graphs plus robustes), et vous gérerez une équipe composée de développeurs informatiques et d'ingénieurs de données.

Vos missions:

- Agir en tant que responsable technique et diriger l'équipe Data & Knowledge Graph (y compris la gestion des nouveaux recrutements et la gestion des collaborateurs)
- Participer à la spécification de l'architecture de gestion des données et établir des mécanismes pour améliorer la maintenance et la croissance d'un référentiel financier et non financier
- Contribuer à la mise à l'échelle et à la standardisation des processus d'ingestion de données en collaboration avec notre équipe Models & Compute
- Assurer la stabilité et la qualité des données et communiquer avec les partenaires pour améliorer les indicateurs de performance clés
- Assurer l'automatisation de tous les processus

Profil recherché

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Compétences autour de Python et Pyspark
- Plusieurs expériences réussies sur des postes de Data Engineer
- Une certaine connaissance des données financières (marché, référence, alternatif, services d'indices)
- Capacité à manager et à accompagner la montée en compétences d'une équipe
- Une appétence pour le NLP serait un vrai +
