**Airbus Helicopters **is looking for a **Support Engineering **PMO Workload & Resources **(f/m) **to join our **Support Engineering Operations **based in **Marignane **, France.**

You will be part of a team interacting with Technical Support, Technical Data, Service Bulletins and Maintenance Engineering. As part of the Support Engineering Operations Budget & Resources, you will be involved in managing and coordinating all financial aspects of assigned projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

We maintain a close relationship with Finance, Program Support Office, Performance and Improvement within Engineering Support Management team. We are a diverse team working in an international environment. Our aim is to boost resources and financial performance management in by providing support and guidance to department managers.

**Your challenges**:

- Animate and consolidate baseline/workload process inside Support Engineering Operations departments (BL management) and ensure synchronization and consolidation with Program Support Office department
- Perform Load Capacity Balancing by defining scenarios on required resources (Inter-company resources, Make or Buy ratio) and prepare work plan together with Support Engineering Operations top management & Human Resources (S&OP management)
- Contribute to Finance roadmap in order to define and secure budget (OP management)
- Provide required inputs to Finance in order to build Support Engineering Operations Cost Base budget (productive hours, Personal Expenses, OpEx, CapEx, Purchases, Travels,)
- Animate and consolidate budget plan and activities for Sustaining funding source, with arbitration at Support Engineering Operations top management
- Monitor expenses and contribute to internal processes in order to ensure consistency with plan (FTE average, FTE hours, OpEx, CapEx, Purchases, Travels, Sustaining budget,)
- Report on expenses (Sustaining, Cost Base,) and on resources (FTE actuals, FTE average, FTE hours)
- Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Coordinate Risks & Opportunities impacts on resources and finance aspects

**Your profile**:

- Master's Degree
- Experience in leading teams, ideally in PMO environment
- Experience working in an international environment
- Risk & Opportunity management (ARM tool, ERM process, business continuity management)
- Project Planning and Control
- WBS creation and Work Package management
- Experience in performance management (LEAN/continuous improvement)
- Ability to abstract complex situations and report to top management
- Business acumen and good understanding of Airbus vision, strategy and leadership model
- French and English fluent, Spanish and/or German would be a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
