**Vos futures missions et responsabilités**

Au sein de la Direction Cybersécurité du groupe Emeria, vous devrez constituer un pôle de conseil d’Expertise et de Run sur toutes les questions liées à l’offre Groupe de gestion des identités. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec l’équipe Architecture Groupe pour construire l’offre et la décliner dans les différents pays.

Vous devrez donc structurer l’activité dans la continuité de ce qui a été fait par les équipes Sécurité et Architecture et constituer un pôle d’expertise, via du recrutement complémentaire et l’appui de partenaires experts ponctuels.

Ce pôle sera spécialisé sur la gestion et la sécurité de l’identité, basée sur l’écosystème OKTA. Une parfaite maitrise d’OKTA est donc nécessaire sur les briques de sécurité workforce LCM, IAG mais également CIAM.

Vous devez disposer d'une double compétence:

- Technique : une très bonne maitrise de la solution déployée et de ses modalités d’interaction avec les systèmes en place, notamment Microsoft, est exigée
- Fonctionnelle : compréhension des objectifs Groupe, des spécificités métiers et locales, aidé par les architectes Groupe et équipes locales

Les missions seront variées et la posture devra s’adapter aux spécificités pays (DSI de tailles différentes). Elles se feront dans l’esprit suivant:

- Structurer l’activité projet avec l’équipe architecture Groupe sur les aspects IAM.
- Structurer la délégation d’administration suivant un modèle N3 en central puis N2/N1 délégué dans les pays.
- Assurer un support agile à tous les pays et viser l’excellence.
- Assurer le run Niveau 3, la traçabilité des changements, la maitrise des mises en production en reprenant les éléments CI/CD associés et en les contrôlant en lien avec les DevOps, mais également tous les changements non industrialisés sous cette forme.
- Mettre en œuvre le monitoring de la solution sur le plan opérationnel et cyber en lien avec les responsables opérationnels pays et le responsable sécurité opérationnelle Groupe.

- Capacités de management hiérarchique et fonctionnel
- Qualités de communication, d’expression et de synthèse
- Très bon niveau d’anglais
- Pragmatique, pratique, structuré et agile
- Maitrise des concepts IAM (provisioning, fédération, sso,) - bastions hors scope pour le moment
- Forte appétence technique, sens du diagnostic et de l’excellence opérationnelle
- Très bonne maitrise d’OKTA (architecture, configuration, workflows, automation etc.)
- Bonne connaissance de l’écosystème Microsoft (AD Azure etc.)
- Capacité d’automatisation en lien avec le sujet (python, api, authorizers )
