Basé en France, au Royaume-Uni, en Italie et en Allemagne, OneStock est un éditeur de logiciel Français, leader Européen des solutions de gestion et d’orchestration de commandes web (« Order Management System ») à destination des plus grandes enseignes Européennes du retail. Cofondée en 2010 par Romulus, Benoit et Vincent, Onestock s’est donnée pour mission d’inventer les solutions logicielles Retail Tech de demain qui placent la technologie au service du commerce physique.

Notre suite logicielle innovante permet aux marques omnicanales et aux distributeurs d'unifier leurs stocks (magasins, entrepôts, fournisseurs ), de fournir une promesse de livraison précise en temps réel, et de traiter les commandes depuis chaque point de stock. En 2024, nous avons reçu un investissement significatif de Summit Partners (72 millions de dollars) pour accélérer davantage notre croissance.

**Description du poste**:
Au sein de notre service Customer Experience, le/la Project Manager pilote le déploiement d’un portefeuille de projets sur les solutions SaaS Onestock pour nos clients.

Chaque intégration d’un nouveau client implique des changements opérationnels majeurs ainsi que la gestion des coûts, qualité et délai de chaque projet. Nos produits sont étroitement liés avec les différentes solutions de nos clients (commandes, stock, livraison, retours) qui définissent à chaque fois un environnement spécifique sur lequel s’interfacer.

Avec le client:

- Garantir le respect du planning (jalons), du périmètre et du budget des différents projets
- Participer aux comités de pilotage : reporting avancement projet, communication client et gestion de crise/escalade

En interne:

- Suivre l'avancement du projet avec le Business Analyst et le Développeur
- Suivre et prioriser les devs/les projets

Expert OneStock:

- Analyser les problématiques/demandes d’évolution du client, challenger et apporter des solutions selon un planning réaliste, un coût et une faisabilité technique qualitative
- Aider le client dans sa conduite du changement
- Diffuser l'information au sein de OneStock en ce qui concerne le projet/les fonctionnalités

Avant-vente/cross-sell:
En tant que Project Manager, tu peux être amené(e) à participer à des avant-ventes et faire le suivi cross-vente avec les commerciaux lors d’ateliers de cadrage avant le lancement d'un nouveau lot.

**Profil recherché**:
Tu es titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent (Bac+5)

✔Tu as une première expérience significative dans la gestion d’un portefeuille de plusieurs projets, incluant la gestion des plannings, des délais, des coûts et de la qualité

Tu parles couramment Anglais, pour dialoguer avec des clients internationaux

Tu as un esprit critique, analytique et tu penses toujours "solution" ; tu sais prendre du recul et être force de proposition

Tu as le sens de la rigueur et de bonnes capacités organisationnelles

Tu as un excellent sens de l’écoute et rédactionnel

Tu sais t’adapter et faire preuve d’autonomie
