QA Analyst

Your role is to coordinate the test needs and follow the test automation projects for new products under development and for older products under maintenance.

You should be able to drive the various phases of a project.

**Your tasks will be to**:

- Review specifications and ensure the testabilty of requirements
- Write test specifications and define test procedures
- Define the testing needs with support of the hardware and mechanic teams
- Follow the development of the automated testing means
- Interact with various R&D team members: developers, product managers... to manage the automation projects
- Deploy the testing solution and ensure its availability in accordance with project roadmap
- Participate and lead testing sessions
- Manage 2 junior QA testers

**You should**:

- Be autonomous and rigourous
- Be able to adapt to constantly changing working environments

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years experience in software validation as quality analyst
- an experience in management is a plus
- Working knowledge of QA methodology, testing techniques and approaches
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of programming projects is mandatory
- French & English are mandatory
