HoloSolis is part of the European drive to reindustrialise the photovoltaic industry. HoloSolis has a 50-hectare site in Hambach, with enough space to expand the factory as new technologies and manufacturing capacities are integrated. HoloSolis will start production in 2026 using N-Type TOPCon technology, one of the most advanced and efficient available today.

We will have the most energy-efficient modules on the market, using the latest photovoltaic technologies, with the smallest carbon footprint.

Our ambition
- To be a European leader in photovoltaic panels,
- Accelerate the reindustrialisation of France and contribute to European energy sovereignty by producing 10 million photovoltaic panels a year, representing a capacity of 5 GW, equivalent to the annual energy needs of one million homes,
- Offer new career opportunities in Moselle; we will be recruiting up to 1,900 employees,
- Innovate to offer the entire photovoltaic value chain and thus guarantee Europe's energy independence,
- Develop our business to build other production plants in Europe.

Accountabilities
- You will lead Holosolis’ PV Module Development, with the objective that the company manufactures the most efficient, cost effective and highest quality modules in Europe.
- In the initial phases of the company, you will also help design the module lines, help in the selection of the equipment (for example : contribute to write specifications, manage our subcontractors and partners on this topics), and assist in module line ramp up.
- With the CTO, you will prepare the Company’s module technology roadmap, including future module evolution. You will also work in close cooperation with the Product & Operations departments to transition the latest innovations to production lines.

Organizes and manages resources & supports to reach the business objectives.

A Master’s degree in physics or related discipline

5+ years of PV module related experience in academia and/or industry

Demonstrable experience in similar role as a Project Manager in industry working in a multicultural environment.

Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills

Good knowledge of PV module related certification standards

Key Competencies

PV Module design and manufacturing

Knowledge of module BOM supply chain

Project Management

Certification process

Proactive and result oriented.

English Fluency is mandatory, French is a plus.
