In addition, the group is present in renewable energies with a portfolio of approximately 27 MWp of photovoltaic roofs in operation.
The BARJANE team, made up of around 60 employees, is looking for **a Financial Analyst **to strengthen the financial department. Based in the south of France (near Aix en Provence) and reporting directly to the group finance director, the role’s purpose is quite extensive:
**YOUR MISSIONS**:
**Financing and treasury**
- Support development, implementation and monitoring of the investment strategy in France and in the UK
- Evaluate possible new investments and financing
- Prepare Information memorandum
- Assist in the management of bank relationships and negotiation of facilities, loans and investments
- Prepare and maintain cash flow models
- Perform market research to determine / verify a project’s economics and check assumptions
**Control**
- Update the dashboards and our own software (rental statements, loans, taxes, etc.) in collaboration with the departments concerned
- Manage budgets in collaboration with the technical team
- Review and manage hedging instruments and loan agreements
**Reporting**
- Liaise with the accounting department to prepare annual financial reports
- Regularly review investment portfolios, control investment management reports
- Liaise with bond holders and lenders, provide information upon request
- Keep track of financial KPIs
**RSE**
- Get involved in the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy of the group
- Follow and manage individual CSR / RSE tasks
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Skills required**:
- FuentEnglish and French
- Good Financial knowledge (accounting, financial analysis )
- Proficiency in computer software, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential; knowledge of VBA is a plus
- Knowledge of company law
**Qualities required**:
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, enthusiasm
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Thoroughness, ability to gather and organise
