**Job description**

We are looking for an ESG manager to support Accuracy’s strategy on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues. The ESG manager will be in charge of the following:

- Implementation of the ESG strategy_
- Organise and lead workshops on identified priority topics (gender equality, disability, social diversity, carbon footprint, donation policy, ethical committee)
- Determine KPIs and short-/medium-/long-term objectives
- Manage and monitor action plans put in place to meet ESG objectives in all of Accuracy’s international offices
- Prepare presentation materials for the steering committee, the ExCom, the board
- Environmental action plan_
- Work with an external service provider to quantify CO2 emissions annually
- Work with all of Accuracy’s international offices to structure the collection of data and make proxies, if and when necessary
- Implement the ‘avoid, reduce, offset’ policy, in particular for categories with the highest emissions (seminars, travel, offices in certain countries)
- Communication_
- Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials / memos for internal communication (status update)
- Organise events - disability week, cocktail events, documentary showings
- Organise training - Climate Fresk, inclusion, sustainable finance, presentations at the new joiner school / seminars
- Contribute to material for conferences and publications
- Commercial offer_
- Contribute to the preparation of external presentation materials (activity report, client meetings, pitches)
- Other_
- Structure an answer grid and build dossiers for calls for tender involving ESG questions
- Analyse impact, compliance with regulation if applicable (taxonomy, CSRD) and prepare reporting documents

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in ESG/CSR management or in finance (university or business/engineering school)
- Strong organisational skills, thoroughness, presentational skills
- Ability to make proposals and carry out a project
- At least 2 years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Fluency in French and English

Status: Cadre

**Salary**: From 85,000.00€ per year
