**About the role**:
We are looking to build our talent pool for Graduate Engineers to join our GO

Manufacturing Program, now and in the future, for our factory in Gien, France.

The site has 520 employees and manufactures close to 2.6 million rolls and 7 million tissues for leading market brands Lotus and Okay.

In the factory’s Continuous Improvement team, process engineers work on enhancing and innovating production line processes. After training in Essity’s manufacturing methods and a specific induction (the GO program), you’ll handle projects to improve production lines.

**What you will do**:

- You define, pilot and improve production processes
- You are responsible for the analysis of technical improvement points in your area
- You are responsible for the continuous optimization of production processes in a sustainable way (performance)
- You train and accompany operational teams to improve behaviors in accordance with defined standards

**Who you are**:

- You have a higher education degree such as engineering
- You ideally have a first experience in continuous improvement or process improvement
- You enjoy working on the shop floor
- W orking in project mode and have an appetite for new technologies
- G ood analytical, synthesis and methodology skills are some of your strengths
- You are proficient in English, basic French is a strong advantage
