**About the role**:
You will organize and oversee the daily operations of our business and ensure that we are well-coordinated and productive. The responsibility for this position is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. You are competent and able to plan many kinds of operational action and an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- You take the lead and work closely with the Leadership Team from various departments to set strategic goals and make operational decisions
- You plan, monitor, and oversee day-to-day business operations, making sure everything runs for continued progress.
- With a keen eye for improvement, you regularly evaluate business procedures, aligning them with our organizational objectives to drive success.
- You're responsible for reviewing financial information, making necessary adjustments to operational budgets, and promoting profitability.
- Building strong relationships with external partners and the workers' council is one of your key strengths.
- You drive the growth of our manufacturing efforts, continuously improving operational processes while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Safety and quality are your top priorities as you diligently develop and maintain excellent health and safety standards, ensuring consistent product quality and efficient manufacturing practices.

**Your Qualifications and Skills**:

- You hold a University Degree
- Your proven experience as a Leader in Operations or a similar role in the Engineering or Chemical Industry showcases your expertise and leadership capabilities
- Your outstanding organizational and leadership abilities make you a natural fit for driving success in challenging environments
- With exceptional communication and people skills, you effortlessly build strong relationship with colleagues and team members
- Your in-depth knowledge of the industry's legal rules and guidelines ensures compliance and best practices
- Your working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics empowers you to make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in French and English
