**Intégré.e au Pôle Business, vous augmenterez le portefeuille d’affaires**

En tant que **télésales B2B**, en renfort de nos équipes de Sophia-Antipolis, vous détecterez des **projets à forte valeur ajoutée** et accompagnerez des entreprises en pleine expansion dans leur développement commercial.

**Votre mission consistera à**:

- **Prospecter** auprès de PME, PMI, et grands comptes sur des marchés sectoriels (industrie, IT, digital, médical ).
- **Cibler** des interlocuteurs à fort pouvoir décisionnel.
- **Promouvoir **les différentes offres afin de **prendre des rendez-vous qualifiés**.
- Être l’interface privilégiée des équipes commerciales terrain
- Établir un **reporting commercial hebdomadaire** précis de l’ensemble des actions

**Sales dans l’âme, plutôt Hunter que Farmer**

Le télémarketing ne doit pas avoir de secret pour vous et vous justifiez d’une **expérience significative** dans ce domaine. Vous avez pour habitude de partir à la conquête de nouveaux marchés et de naviguer dans des environnements fortement concurrentiels.

- **Montée en compétence rapide** qui vous permettra, à moyen terme, de prendre en charge l’ensemble du process commercial

- Package : 40 k€ à objectifs atteints, variable non plafonné
