**Job Description**:
The Global Digital Marketing team for Premium, Midscale & Economy is a commercially driven team delivering web direct revenue at a controlled cost. We are a team of digital channel & ecommerce project experts leading the web direct commercial strategy & supporting regional eCommerce teams, overseeing overall commercial web direct performance; leveraging all digital channels, digital partnerships and tools to maximise topline revenue in the most cost effective way.
We are servicing, supporting and enabling all the brands and our loyalty programme, ensuring a full funnel approach in all our campaign activation through paid and owned channels.

**Context **:Within the Global Digital Marketing team, in the Digital Projects & Transformation team, the Digital Project Coordinator reports to the Head of Digital Projects & Transformation. The team will be accountable and responsible for new product development and revenue streams, leading the digital roadmap for the Premium, Midscale & Economy division and facilitating and supporting the regional ecommerce teams in their Digital Roadmap projects. They work within a team of 4.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide a framework and structure for Digital Roadmap and update regularly on project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
- Organise project meetings and workshops with Steering Groups, Workstream leads and other Project stakeholders and coordinate all hubs needs
- Create and share a global Premium, Midscale & Economy division view of priorities and expected deliveries
- Establish an efficient and effective communication across regions and centrally
- Liaise with internal expert, regional teams and external stakeholders for coordinating tasks and assigning responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for project meetings and project managers
- Coordinate handover to regional teams from project mode to run mode and integrate learnings from run mode back to project mode for further development and improvement

- Digital Factory especially Direct Channel Team
- Regional eCommerce teams
- Other Key Stakeholders (Legal Finance, Procurement..)

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 3 years work experience in business administration or project management
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify topics to audience
- Fluent in English and French, other language is a plus
- office pack and especially powerpoint, excel and teams
- Strong organisation skills, ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of project management and agile methodes
- Experience with project management tools (ideally Asana)
- Abilíty to work with and in remote teams
