**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced **SEO Manager** to lead and **scale our SEO strategy**. Through this role, your mission will include increasing our organic visibility, driving traffic to our website, and converting it into deal opportunities.

As Greenly continues to scale, boosting SEO strategy is crucial because of its implications as an acquisition channel. The goal is to set up Greenly for organic success in new markets around Europe (prioritising Germany).

This is a key role within our marketing team, where you will work closely with content creators and web developers. As part of the role, you will be able to guide two interns in their career growth and receive operational support from them so that you ensure the attainment of your objectives.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute SEO Strategy**: Define, plan, and implement an SEO strategy aligned with Greenly’s business objectives to boost organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- **Keyword Research & On-page Optimization**
- **Content Collaboration**: Work closely with the content team to ensure all content is SEO-optimized, targeting high-value keywords and topics relevant to sustainability, CSRD, ESG frameworks, and carbon footprint management.
- **Technical SEO**: Audit and ensure that our website is technically optimized for SEO (page speed, mobile optimization, structured data, internal linking, etc.).
- **Link-Building & Outreach**: Develop and execute a link-building strategy that includes outreach to relevant websites, sustainability influencers, and industry publications to improve domain authority.
- **SEO Performance Tracking & Reporting**
- **Conversion rate optimization on blog & media**
- **Competitor Analysis**
- **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**: Work closely with the development team to implement changes and ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website

- Organic traffic

**You are a fit for this role if...**:

- You have **3-5 years of experience** in a **SaaS** fast-growing company with a track record of success and hands-on experience.
- You have a strong technical understanding of **SEO,** on-page SEO, and off-page SEO tactics.
- You are familiar with **HTML**, **CSS**, **JavaScript**, and website content management systems (**CMS**)
- You have a strong understanding of **content marketing** and SEO-driven content optimization.
- You're proficient in SEO tools such as **Google Analytics**, **Google Search Console**, **SEMrush**, **Ahrefs**, or similar.
- You are **proactive, autonomous, rigorous and data driven.**:

- You find** innovative ideas **for growth that you execute with a **test & learn** approach where iteration is key for success.
- You have excellent **communication** and **project management** skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects at once.
- You are Full **French & English **proficiency
- A Background in an **ESG **environment is a strong plus
