VINCI Concessions réunit VINCI Airports - premier opérateur privé mondial de la gestion aéroportuaire, VINCI Highways - leader de la mobilité routière avec plus de 3.500 km gérés, et VINCI Railways - pionnier de la concession ferroviaire.VINCI Concessions recherche actuellement un/e Finance Project Manager (H/F).Rattaché à la Directrice Financière, le poste propose des missions qui couvriront tous les sujets financiers ayant un enjeu pour le groupe ou la direction financière et permet une participation active et pratique dans l’ensemble des processus et projets financiers et comptables. Il s’exerce en collaboration avec les équipes du siège (comptabilité, consolidation, contrôle financier, fiscalité, financement structuré, juristes), les directeurs financiers des filiales/pays et les éventuels prestataires externes. Vous apportez votre expertise et votre méthodologie dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie financière globale pour accompagner les projets, tant en fonctionnement qu'en investissement et en financement.Le (la) Finance Project Manager a pour mission le pilotage des principaux projets transverses de la Direction Finance Groupe, vos champs d’intervention sont larges et divers:
- Participation aux opérations de M&A (accompagnement sur les due diligences), et aux projets d’intégration de nouvelles sociétés récemment acquises aux processus finance, vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié(e) de nos conseils en charges de l’élaboration du PPA ;
- Vous apportez votre expertise comptable et financière lors de la relecture des « term sheet » et des « Shareholders Agreement » ;
- Conseils aux équipes de Financement Structuré, selon les besoins (financements de projets, due diligence ou financement d’acquisition/refinancements de projets, ou autres projets et réflexions transverses.), validation du correct traitement comptable en IFRS des instruments financiers mis en place ;
- Participation aux projets de la Direction Générale - Finance, (restructuration, organisation des projets, ) ;
- Pour les projets ci-dessus, préparation des supports de présentation clairs pour la Direction Générale de VINCI Concessions et VINCI S.A.
- Réalisation d’analyses ponctuelles pour la Direction financière, (enquêtes, benchmark,).
**Profil**:
- Diplômé(e) d'un Master 2, de formation universitaire, école de commerce ou ingénieur de premier plan ;
- Expérience : 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en audit (Big 4) et/ou en Corporate ;
- Maitrise des normes IFRS ;
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable ;
- La pratique de l’espagnol serait un plus ;
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et dans un contexte stimulant et stratégique (délais serrés, concurrence commerciale forte) ;
- Bureautique : Une très bonne maîtrise de Word, d’Excel et de PowerPoint est requise.
- Qualités recherchées : fiabilité, responsabilité, pro-activité, autonomie, sens des priorités, réactivité, bonne communication/transparence, écoute, adaptation, précision, organisation, bonne rédaction, capacité à interagir avec l'interne et l'externe.
