Lead activities linked to development, procurement and installation of several products of a sub-system group, upon delegation of Sub-System Manager:
- Define and maintain a detailed multi-function work plan, in line with project needs
- Animate multi-metier (Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Industrial, Manufacturing,...) and multi-site team, ensuring global coordination
- Secure day-to-day work coherency, solve most of objective divergences,
- Follow operational activities by internal skateholders, but also external activities under supplier responsibility,
- Issue a dashboard to monitore and report
