**About the role**:
We are seeking a Data Product Manager with a passion for creating and continuously improving** technical training content**. This role involves overseeing the development of training modules in Data Analytics and Data Science, managing updates to our existing courses, and ensuring the technical excellence of our offerings.
With such a wide variety of content types, we are looking for a data product manager to manage several content development projects, create and write new technical content on data analytics and data science, propose ideas of content development and improvement roadmap, improve and maintain our technical products and setups (Wott, etc), manages product data analysis projects to define what works, student feedback, satisfaction with content, etc.
**Your Mission**:
**Technical Content Oversight**
- Take full ownership of data training products, serving as the primary point of contact for all content updates across various departments (B2B, B2C, B2U).
- Act as the content gatekeeper, setting and overseeing the global development roadmap and budget for training products.
- Conduct ongoing technology and industry research to stay ahead of trends in data analytics and data science.
- Coordinate and define the roles and missions of freelancers engaged in our bootcamps.
- Lead content creation and updates, manage the backlog of content suggestions, and participate in pedagogical committees to prioritize updates.
**Training Course Production Management**
- Handle incoming briefs from the Product team, effectively estimating project needs, target audiences, budgets, and technical requirements.
- Develop and implement detailed roadmaps for new training initiatives, including planning kickoff meetings and setting critical milestones and deadlines.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on production status, challenges, and technical issues, ensuring all materials meet the highest standards of quality.
**Freelancer Collaboration**
- Ensure freelancers have access to necessary resources, including content, templates, and technical support, while facilitating content validation by technical leads.
- Manage contractual and legal relationships with freelancers, including NDAs, project deadlines, and budget allocations.
**Data Process and Technical Product Management**
- Oversee data analysis projects to gauge content effectiveness, gather student feedback, and measure overall satisfaction.
- Maintain and enhance our technical platforms and data tools (Wott, etc), collaborating with the engineering & data team to advocate for and implement feature improvements.
**Create Data Models & answer business needs**
- Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex data sets from multiple sources
- Write complex SQL queries and create DBT models
- Produce and maintain data models documentation
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data-driven initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to key stakeholders

- You enjoy working within small, agile teams on challenging projects.
- You have a clear, pedagogical approach to explaining complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- You have proven experience working across multiple teams on cross-functional projects (international and multi-disciplinary teams is a plus)
