Missions
Dans le cadre de son développement, OCEA recherche un(e) **BID manager junior H/F en CDI sur notre site de Saint Nazaire.**
Sous la Direction du Bid Manager, et en concertation avec les Responsables Commerciaux, vous pilotez la construction d’offres commerciales attractives et rentables.
A ce titre, vous êtes le garant de la livraison des offres dans les délais et au niveau de qualité requis.
**Vous êtes notamment en charge des missions suivantes**:
**Analyser les appels d’offres et demandes client ;**
- Participer aux revues des exigences clients et à la définition de la stratégie gagnante ;
- Planifier la construction de l’offre, veiller au respect des jalons et coordonner les interfaces avec les interlocuteurs impliqués ;
- Rassembler, contrôler et valider les informations et documents nécessaires à la construction des offres : documents techniques, contractuels, financiers, etc.
- Etablir et optimiser les chiffrages devis ;
- Contribuer à la préparation et à la vérification des projets de contrat ;
- Réaliser et mettre à jour les chiffrages de référence en s’assurant de la prise en compte des retours d’expérience
Jeune Ingénieur(e), vous justifiez d’une 1ère expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire ou technico-commerciale, idéalement acquise dans un environnement industriel et international.
Des connaissances en construction navale, ainsi qu’une expérience des appels d’offres publics seraient appréciées.
Rigoureux(se) et méthodique, vous possédez des qualités rédactionnelles, avez le sens des priorités et une réelle aptitude à analyser, anticiper et organiser.
Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous êtes à l’aise dans l’interaction transversale avec les différentes services de l’entreprise.
Le groupe étant présent à l’international, parler anglais couramment est de rigueur, et la maîtrise de l’espagnol serait un plus.
