Position Duties
We are looking for an experienced Associate Producer to help us deliver our game on time and quality in the best working environment for our team.
What you'll be doing:
- Work with the Executive Producer and studio leads on a daily basis to guide the project to the release
- Facilitate communication across all disciplines
- Identify and help remove blockers
- Create and update schedules and tasks backlog
- Prioritize and assign tasks to the appropriate people
- Communicate with our internal team and external partners on expectations and deliverables
- Keep the team focused on goals, milestones and quality
- Assist with purchasing equipment and services for the office
- Assist with organizing events for the team
- And undertake a variety of other production and studio's organization tasks
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in video games industry on a similar role
- Skill to communicate effectively, accurately, and succinctly
- Solution oriented and good problem-solving skills
- Quick learning and autonomy
- Knowledge of project management software, including agile framework
- Fluent in English and French (reading, writing and speaking)
Bonus points:
- Affinity with platform puzzle games
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine
