Apprenticeship Wind

**Areas of Responsibility**:
In order to support the Operations activities, the main missions are:

- Ensure the commercial management and support the technical management of a portfolio of assets (Wind and Solar) to maximize the economical results and optimize the operating costs;
- Ensure the compliance of the asset portfolio.

1. Contractual and administrative management
- Supervise the execution of operating and maintenance contracts;
- Issue the purchasing orders related to the services of operation and maintenance contracts and monitor them;
- Ensure the sale of production to customers;
- Supervise the execution of land;
- Ensure the management and implementation of solutions aimed at solving all those order problems (i.e. administrative, technical, etc.) that may happen in the operating phase;
- Ensure the compliance of the assigned asset portfolio (i.e. legal, environmental, security, compensatory measures, etc.) and the deployment of compliance measures, if necessary;
- Participate in the preparation of warranty calls, claims under insurance policies, disputes, etc.

2. Budgeting and Reporting
- Prepare the budget for the operation and maintenance of the assigned asset portfolio;
- Control and optimize the operating and maintenance costs of** **the assigned asset portfolio;
- Manage the financial and budgetary aspects related to the operation and maintenance in close collaboration with the accounting team to ensure timely delivery;
- Provide technical reporting to lenders and answer to their questions in cooperation with the group's Performance and Treasury departments;
- Ensure the administrative formalities.

3. Miscellaneous
- Work in collaboration with the other departments to support the development efforts of new projects (repowering, etc.) and coordinate transversal activities;
- Manage the transition to Operations of the newly built assets;
- Participate in the development of solutions to maximize the return and / or the lifespan of the assets, taking into account the financial aspects.

**Studies**:
Master degree - administration and finance or engineer.
**Work Experience**:
No experience needed.
**Languages**:

- French mothertongue
- English B2
- Italian would be a plus

**IT Skills**:

- Excellent in MS Office tools
- Knowledge of SAP ERP would be a plus

**Know - How & Managerial Skills**:

- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
- Proactivity
- Interested in renewable energy production processes and assets

**Additional Information**:
Apprenticeship (“apprentissage” agreement required)
