Tu as compris que pour accompagner des transformations durables dans les entreprises, il valait mieux être spécialiste de la gestion de projet plutôt que d’être un expert métier.

Et tu es persuadé-e qu’une approche systémique est toujours le meilleur angle d’attaque, alors que l’approche spécialisée et « technique » limite la compréhension et l’impact stratégique.

**On est persuadés de la même chose ;-).** C’est pour ça qu’on a mis au cœur de notre activité le job de project manager, véritable expert en gestion de projet (prédictive et agile) et en conduite du changement (par l’intelligence relationnelle et émotionnelle).

**Ton nouveau challenge**: rejoindre notre team en tant que Project Manager et changer le destin des startups, PME et ETI françaises
- Project Manager c’est résoudre des problématiques stratégiques et de transformation de nos clients:

- Tu interviens seul ou en équipe sur des **projets** clients PME et ETI en croissance et **dans des environnements positifs** (pas de projet "défensif" type restructuration, que des projets d'investissement sur l'avenir)
- Tu utilises nos méthodes et outils de **gestion de projet prédictive et agile** pour concevoir, planifier des actions et t'adapter à la **dynamique client**:

- Tu **accompagnes l'Humain** et tu animes les relations pour une **coopération positive** dans les projets (workshop, meeting, entretiens, brainstorming, formation...)
- Tu délivres en **produisant des supports et des outils** (data analyse, diagnostic, design d'organisation cible, matrice stratégique...) avec une approche par les usages

**Tu vas vivre un parcours d'intégration en haute résolution**

Ton intégration, c'est un programme avec une méthodologie innovante composée de formations théoriques (master class, e-learning, tuto...) et terrain (learning by doing, binômage, exercices de mise en pratique...). Les contenus:

- Des **formations métiers** : processus métier, outils et méthodologies de gestion de projet, conduite du changement...
- Des **formations soft skills** : intelligence relationnelle, intelligence émotionnelle, design de l'information, approche systémique...

**Le but** : devenir rapidement un vrai leader projet et accompagner la stratégie de nos clients. Et tu continueras de te développer personnellement et professionnellement grâce à des apprentissages dynamiques et en continu, soutenus par une culture managériale en servant leadership.

Et pour faciliter ton intégration et ta montée en compétences:

- tu as un **Bac+5** (peu importe la spécialité, tout ce que tu as appris te servira ici)
- tu as eu une **première expérience** **forte **(hors alternance et stage) où tu as pris **des responsabilités**:

- tu aimes le rôle de **chef de projet**: structurer de la donnée, coordonner et animer des relations et prendre des décisions
