L'équipe:
Au sein de l’équipe Ressources Humaines, vous rejoindrez le pôle RSE.
Vos missions:
Au sein du pôle RSE, vous réaliserez le bilan carbone du groupe Murex. Les éléments clés de cette mission sont les suivants:
- Comprendre le mode de calcul du bilan carbone s’appuyant sur la méthodologie GHG Standard Protocol
- Evaluer le scope 1 de ce bilan carbone en récupérant les données disponibles au niveau des 19 bureaux, l’utilisation de bases de données de facteurs d’émission, la formulation de méthodes d’estimation lorsque les données précises ne sont pas disponibles
- Evaluer le scope 2 de ce bilan carbone en récupérant les données disponibles au niveau des 19 bureaux, l’utilisation de bases de données de facteurs d’émission, la formulation de méthodes d’estimation lorsque les données précises ne sont pas disponibles
- Evaluer le scope 3 de ce bilan carbone en travaillant avec les équipes Finance pour comprendre la partie amont de la chaine de valeur de Murex, ses facteurs d’émission, la formulation de méthodes d’estimation lorsque les données ne sont pas disponibles
- Etudier les bonnes pratiques et proposer des méthodes d’estimation de calcul des émissions avals de la chaine de valeur de Murex
- Industrialiser l’outil de capture de ces données, basé sur Excel et VBA
- Restituer le rapport final
Votre profil:
- BAC+4/5 en Ecole d'ingénieur ou Ecole de commerce
- Compétences « mandatory »:
- Maitrise de l’anglais pour la documentation, la communication interne, la restitution
- Avoir eu une expérience en entreprise de quelques mois
- Connaissances ou intérêt fort pour la RSE et les problématiques environnementales
- Autonomie
- Créativité et force de proposition
- Capacité à communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs
- Compétences « nice to have »:
- Connaissance d’Excel et de VBA
Durée : 3 à 6 mois à compter de Mars 2024
