**L'opportunité**
En fort développement et croissance, l'équipe Investigation & Compliance compte de nombreux professionnels en Europe spécialisés dans la conduite d'investigations liées à des problématiques de Fraude et de Corruption et dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de programme de conformité. L'équipe parisienne est en phase importante de développement et offre de magnifiques opportunités de travailler sur des sujets à forte valeur ajoutée tout en participant activement à la croissance d'une équipe dynamique dans un esprit " start up ". Notre métier consiste notamment à conduire des investigations et enquêtes internes sur des allégations de fraude, corruption, cyber, blanchiment, pratiques anticoncurrentielles, mais également à accompagner nos clients dans la mise en place et l'évaluation de programme de conformité (FCPA, UK BA, Sapin II, ISO 37001), la réalisation de due diligence compliance lors d'opérations M&A, la démarche de certification ISO ou lors d'interactions avec les autorités (Agence Française Anticorruption AFA).
Ce stage vous offrira l'opportunité de rejoindre l'une des équipes d'experts Forensic & Compliance les plus réputées au monde et de travailler sur des problématiques complexes dans un environnement fortement international pour le compte de clients prestigieux. Vous aurez l'occasion de prendre part à des projets d'identification et de maitrise des risques en lien avec la fraude et la corruption, la conduite de due diligence Compliance et d'investigations et enquêtes internes dans diverses industries (énergie, TMT, industrie extractive, luxe, etc.). Vous participerez également au développement de la croissance de l'équipe en contribuant à la réalisation de supports marketing et de communication.
Vous trouverez chez FTI l'opportunité de mettre en pratique vos connaissances théoriques en finance et comptabilité, droit de la compliance et en identification et analyse des risques. Vous serez exposés à des problématiques sectorielles pointues, d'actualités et à forts enjeux avec des experts reconnus sur ces problématiques.
**Profil recherché**
De formation supérieure type école de commerce, d'ingénieurs ou universités spécialisées de premier plan, vous vous spécialisez sur ces sujets et avez idéalement déjà effectué un stage réussi en Conseil, Audit ou Conformité.
Vous êtes rigoureux, pragmatique et motivé, vous possédez un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ainsi qu'une réelle ouverture sur l'international, et enfin, vous aimez travailler en équipe.
La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est indispensable.
