We are looking for a **Auxiliary Accounting Specialist **to come onboard in our FINANCE **Directorate **in **Nathalie **’s team : a team of 14 collaborators

**_Your Mission _**
- Ensuring the conformity of supplier invoices (addresses, VAT, purchase order number, etc.)
- Ensuring the proper integration of the supplier invoices and credits
- Ensuring the follow-up of the approvals of supplier invoices
- Analysing litigations and carrying out the follow-up of resolution with internal & external collaborators
- Ensuring accounting process of Account Payable
- Ensuring accounting process of Account Receivable and allocation related to
- Posting Cash daily of Account Receivable
- Creation and modification of part of financial customer/supplier master data
- Participating in the operations of quarterly and annual closing

**_About you _**
- Experienced accountant
- Finance / Accounting degree or experience in administrative accounting tasks
- Ability to handle high-volume of data entry
- Work with appropriate parties to resolve issues on invoices
- Implement and document process improvements
- Familiar with standard accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Professionalism
- Service-oriented approach
- Ability to prioritize issues and to efficiently troubleshoot problems
- Effective Communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work with all organizational levels
- Language: Fluent in France - English - Intermediate level

Nous recherchons un **Comptable auxiliaire senior **pour rejoindre notre Direction **Finance **au sein de l'équipe de **Nathalie**: une équipe de **14 **collaborateurs

**_Votre mission _**
- Vérifier la bonne conformité des factures fournisseurs (adresses, n° de TVA, n° de commande, etc. )
- Assurer la saisie débit/crédit des factures fournisseurs
- Assurer le suivi des validations de factures
- Analyser les litiges et effectuer le suivi de résolution avec les collaborateurs internes & externes
- Lettrage des lignes de trésorerie quotidiennes
- Création et modification des fiches fournisseurs
- Participation aux arrêtés et audits mensuels et annuels

- Comptable expérimenté(e)
- Diplome en comptabilité ou expérience significative dans le domaine
- Capacité à traiter un gros volume de factures
- Travailler en collaboration à la résolution de litiges
- Mise en place et documentation d’amélioration de process et procédures
- Familier(e) avec les concepts, pratiques et procédures comptables
- Rigoureux(se)
- Capacité d’organisation
- Professionalisme
- Approche orientée client, service.
- Capacité à prioriser
- Bon(ne) communiquant (e) à l’écrit et à l’oral
- Capacité à travailler avec tout niveau hiérarchique de l’organisation.
