Eu, France Vacuumgroup Temps plein

With the support of Vacuumlabs we have been working on a new FinTech product called Moneyhoon - a digital financial specialist with AI/ML components that will replace outdated financial advisors as we know them.
Moneyhoon brings clarity to abstract terms such as money, savings, investments, or insurance. You can be there not only to witness the creation of a revolutionary product but also to participate in making it real.

So that each and every one of us can manage our finances easily and independently, yet constantly having access to real experts. Imagine you have a trustworthy partner that provides understandable answers to questions like “Inflation is here. I have some cash. What should I do?”
Our vision is to bring peace of mind through better organizing our finances. We´re first and foremost building a product we need ourselves.
Our recruitment process is in place to ensure you can work with the most efficient and high-quality team.

We are looking for a **Product & Graphic Designer** for our project as part of the Moneyhoon team.
As a designer, you should be a problem solver who crafts practical and beautiful user experiences. Together with the team, you’ll help break down business and customer problems, imagine new and elegant solutions, and help bring great experiences to life.
Creating and editing graphic designs? It is a piece of cake for you.

**What you’ll do**
- Contribute to our project Moneyhoon by making product improvements, as well as working on new product features from scratch.
- Explore and communicate design concepts through sketches, user flows, low fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
- Participate in design research, user research, and validation testing.
- Communicate with team members throughout the process to ensure the designs fit the business goals and technical constraints.
- Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life.
- Advocate for best practices across the team.
- Contribute to improving the end-to-end product delivery process, as well as our internal processes.
- Create and edit graphic designs - visuals, banners, websites, flyers, newsletters, brochures, social media formats, and more types of different media.

**What you'll need**
- A deep knowledge of mobile and web app design patterns and UX best practices.
- An appreciation for the entire product development process - from idea generation and research to detailed UI/UX design.
- Willingness to make decisions and take ownership of your work.
- Experience with Figma and Adobe graphic tools.
- Bonus skills such as UX writing and basic motion design are very appreciated.

**What we offer**
- Work from Home and flexible hours.
- Performance and compensation evaluations.
- Unlimited sick days.
- Paid days for professional growth.
- Community and team-building activities.

**Practicals**

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia (but we also support remote cooperation from any location within Slovak or Czech Republic)
Starting Date: ASAP
Compensation: 2.500-3.500€/monthly based on your experience and seniority
