La Division POP (Project Operations) de Axens travaille sur des projets de Basic Design (Process Design Packages), sur des projets de fournitures d’équipements propriétaires, des projets d'automation, sur des projets de fourniture d’unités modulaires et de fours, ainsi que sur des projets de démarrage d’unités licenciées par Axens. Ces projets vont donc de la conception de procédés jusqu’à la mise en service, et peuvent reposer autant sur des technologies traditionnelles que sur des technologies liées à la transition énergétique. L’objectif de la Division POP est de garantir des projets de qualité, en respectant les coûts et les délais, tout en préservant la sécurité de tous.
Au sein du département GPOC (Global Project Optimization & Coordination) de la Business Division POP, le groupe « Operational Excellence » a une mission de support aux départements Process, Engineering, Project Management, Start Up, en répondant aux demandes relatives à des sujets méthodes et en assurant la conception, l’entretien et l’homogénéité des documents techniques (guides d’étude, mémorandums,) et des outils utilisés sur les projets (logiciels de simulation de procédé, outils de Process Design, de planification ) pour l’ensemble des départements de la Division POP et pour l’ensemble des Regional Operating Centers (ROCs) de Axens.

Vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Former les utilisateurs en France et dans les ROCs (Regional Operating Centers) et leur apporter du support sur:
- Logiciels de simulation de procédé (ProII, AspenPlus, Hysys, Promax, PPS,),
- Outils de conception de procédé (divers outils développés en interne, testés et validés par Operational Excellence, et partagés avec les collaborateurs de POP pour aider au design),
- Logiciels de schématique 2D, 3D (Aveva, SmartPlant, Autodesk,) et outils associés (liaisons avec SmartPlant ou Autocad) en lien avec les Engineering Administrators
- Outils de planification interne
- Outils de partage de documents techniques Axens
- Définir les meilleures pratiques pour l'utilisation de ces outils, rédiger des guides d’utilisation, ainsi que des notes définissant leur utilisation dans le cadre de projets standards Axens
- Définir les interfaces entre ces différents outils
- Conseiller sur les solutions techniques à mettre en œuvre
- Assurer l’interface entre le Business Partner IT, les éditeurs, et les utilisateurs (ou leur point focal « Outils ») pour les logiciels pour lesquels l’expertise est davantage côté métier:
- Certains logiciels utilisés par l’Engineering
- Certains logiciels de Project Management (type EDMS, logiciels de planning,)
- Piloter les projets de développement et la maintenance des outils développés en interne pour la Division POP (ou en lien avec cette Division), en assurant l’interface entre le Business Partner IT et les utilisateurs (une cinquantaine d’outils), afin d’améliorer la qualité et l’efficacité du travail des départements de POP
- Participer à la maintenance et aux upgrades des logiciels du commerce utilisés dans les différents ROCs (une cinquantaine de logiciels) en assurant le lien avec les éditeurs et en suivant régulièrement les nouveautés apportées par ces derniers.
- Suivre l'utilisation des licences avec les éditeurs de logiciels et, à ce titre, valider les demandes d'accès aux logiciels métier POP.
