**Description**
HVDC est actuellement à la recherche d'un Ingénieur Principal de Projet expérimenté, prêt à assumer la responsabilité technique globale dans les projets et appels d'offres HVDC. Dans ce rôle, vous utiliserez votre expertise technique et prendrez les rênes des projets et des appels d'offres, où vous serez responsable de la coordination des équipes de projet globales. Les activités associées à ce rôle incluent, mais ne se limitent pas à, l'ingénierie et la conception, la planification et les évaluations des risques. Vous agirez en tant que liaison technique et point de contact principal pour les principaux intervenants internes et externes.

**Vos responsabilités**:
- Point de contact principal pour la communication sur les questions techniques avec le client.
- Assurer que l'ingénierie est développée avec des informations complètes et/ou que toutes les informations multidisciplinaires ont été incluses.
- Diriger le développement de nouvelles solutions pour des projets et défis complexes.
- Piloter l'achèvement de toutes les activités d'ingénierie sur le projet.
- Fournir un soutien technique pour les activités de test, d'installation et de mise en service.
- Préparer les documents de projet dans votre domaine de responsabilité et livrer dans les limites du budget, du périmètre et du contrat.
- Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité et la mitigation des risques potentiels.
- Garantir la qualité technique dans les contrats, les autres documents et les livrables.
**Votre profil**:
- Vous avez un diplôme académique en génie électrique ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Une expérience de plus de 10 ans dans des rôles techniques de leadership au sein de l'industrie des systèmes électriques est requise.
- Une expérience de travail avec la technologie HVDC est fortement avantageuse.
- En tant que personne, vous êtes communicatif, collaboratif et n'avez pas peur d'aborder des conversations difficiles.
- Capacité à jouer un rôle de leader et à fournir des résultats de qualité.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, est requise. D'autres langues sont un atout considérable.

HVDC is now looking for a seasoned Project Lead Engineer who is ready to take on the overall technical responsibility in HVDC projects and tenders. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise and take the lead on projects and tenders where you will have the responsibility to coordinate global project teams. The activities associated with this role include, but are not limited to, engineering and design, planning, and risk assessments. You will act as a technical liaison and primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Primary contact for communication of technical matters with the customer.
- Ensure that engineering is developed with complete information and/or that all multidisciplinary information has been included.
- Lead development of new solutions for complex projects and challenges.
- Drive completion of all engineering activities on the project.
- Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare project documents in your area of responsibility and deliver within budget, scope, and contract.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and mitigation of potential risks.
- Ensure technical quality in contracts, other documents, and delivery.
**Your background**:
- You have an academic degree in Electrical Engineering or another similar area.
- 10+ years of experience in technical lead roles within the power system industry is a requirement.
- Experience working with HVDC technology is highly advantageous.
- As a person, you are communicative, collaborative, and not afraid to take on difficult conversations.
- Ability to take a leading role and deliver quality results.
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, is required. Other languages are a great advantage
