**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**Objet du poste**
Rattaché au responsable Fees Servicing en tant que support à toutes les activités liées au contrôle/calcul des revenus d’une société de gestion d’actifs, à leur partage intragroupe (i.e. prix de cession interne), à la production des reporting mensuels et à certaines initiatives transversales.
**Missions principales**
- Rôle Général_
- Être support du responsable fees servicing et de l’ensemble équipe ;
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus revenus dans le contexte de la globalisation/harmonisation des activités financières ;
- Participer et Développer aux projets de développement du business et des reportings essentiellement pour la France.
- Contrôle/Calcul des Revenus_
- Monitorer et contrôler tous les revenus incluant le calcul des management et performance fees pour les clients externes et le groupe AXA (i.e. calcul ou contrôle de 2nd niveau quand le calcul est externalisé) ;
- Assurer l’efficacité et l’efficience des revues et des contrôles de revenus sur les différents périmètres à travers la matrice risque/ contrôle ;
- Support au monitoring des calculs de rétrocessions concernant des accords spécifiques (essentiellement pour les compagnies d’assurance AXA ou « business » spécifiques) ;
- Développer et maintenir des liens/relations forts avec les différentes parties prenantes de la chaine de valeur « revenu », comme le service client, les Client Relationship Managers, les équipes business ou encore l’équipe risque opérationnel ;
- Développer une relation privilégiée avec les autres équipes de revenu du groupe IM dans le but d’harmoniser les méthodologies, les pratiques et les processus ;
- Interagir avec l’équipe comptable française dans le but de produire des commentaires pour le reporting mensuel (analyses M vs M-1, Y vs Y-1).
- Suivi des produits_
- Faire le lien avec les équipes « ingénieur produit » afin d’être fortement impliqué dans les lancements de nouveau produit (yc production des notes de lancement) prenant en compte toutes les problématiques finance ;
- Interagir avec le département juridique pour la revue et la validation des nouveaux contrats ;
- Mettre en place un processus robuste et une relation privilégiée avec les équipes commerciales françaises dans le but de faciliter la revue des nouveaux contrats et la compréhension des propositions GNBC ( i.e. Global New Business Committee).
- ‘Fee Sharing’_ (= Partage de revenu intragroupe - problématique de prix de cession interne)
- Etre le référent/point de contact pour toutes les équipes finance locales concernant le processus central de ‘fee sharing’ (animation, coordination, communication, réunion)
- Conduire/Piloter le processus trimestriel pour la filiale luxembourgeoise du groupe IM (Collecte des données, saisie, analyse, réponses aux questions, coordination avec les contrôleurs financiers français);
- Projets/Initiatives_
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des systèmes et des processus utilisés par l’équipe fees servicing afin d’augmenter leur efficacité et de reduire le temps de production;
- Etre proactif pour créer/mettre en place de nouveaux reportings/KPIs et ainsi communiquer sur l’activité de l’équipe ;
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de la roadmap annuel de Finance.

- Formation_
- Contrôleur financier
- Diplôme en finance ou équivalent - BAC +5.
- Expérience_
- 5 ans d’expérience minimum sur des postes similaires souhaitable ;
- et/ou expérience en Gestion d’actif / Audit.
- Connaissances et compétences_
- Appétence pour l’informatique ;
- Capacité à travailler sous la pression tout en prêtant attention aux détails ;
- Anglais indispensable - environnement international.
- Compétences personnelles_
- Grande rigueur, réactivité ;
- Motivé et possédant un bon esprit d’équipe ;
- Avoir le sens des priorités.
