**Poste et missions**:
Vous rejoignez l’équipe d'investissement en infrastructures de la transition énergétique en tant qu'Associate. L'équipe de 25 personnes, menée par Raphäel LANCE, investit en Europe et dans les pays de l'OCDE dans les secteurs des énergies renouvelable, du stockage d'énergie, de l'hydrogène, de la mobilité décarbonée et de l'efficacité énergétique.

Au quotidien vous vous avez pour missions de:

- originer les transactions en assistant l’équipe dans l’analyse des opportunités d'investissement,
- gérer le processus interne d’investissement (analyse de risque, valorisation, modélisation financière, préparation des notes de comité, négociation contractuelle),
- coordonner les due diligence menées par des conseils externes (techniques, juridique, financiers, fiscaux, etc),
- suivre la performance des actifs et des fonds (reporting de performance des sociétés en portefeuille, préparation des boards, contribution au processus de désinvestissement),
- mener des activités transverses (levée des prochains fonds, analyse de marché, préparation et mise à jour de documents marketing, contribution à l’amélioration des process).

**Profil et compétences requises**:
Qui êtes-vous ? Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description suivante vous êtes fait pour travailler avec nous:
Vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du private-equity et des infrastructures, au sein d'un fonds d'investissement, d'une banque d'investissement (M&A ou project finance) ou d'une société industrielle (dans un rôle similaire).

Vous maîtrisez:

- la modélisation et l'analyse financière complexe,
- l'analyse des dossiers d'investissement et leur présentation en comité,
- la coordination de due diligence avec l'appui de conseils externes.

Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d’écoute, vous êtes:

- rigoureux et avec un haut niveau d'exigence,
- proactif et autonome, avec une volonté de prendre en main les sujets collaboratifs.

Vous maitrisez l’anglais avec un niveau C1.
