**Airbus Helicopters** recherche un **FMRE Business Partner (f/h)** pour rejoindre notre équipe Facility Management and Real Estate (FMRE) basée à **Dugny, France**.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui est en charge de la gestion des infrastructures et des services du site.

Au sein des Services Généraux, vous serez impliqué(e) dans des activités visant à:
Assurer l'installation et la sécurité des infrastructures,

Entretenir les installations telles que l'électricité, la climatisation, la ventilation, etc.,

Etre responsable des travaux,

Gérer l'allocation des espaces,

Gérer et entretenir les bâtiments dès leur construction,

Gérer la prestation des services d'entretien des espaces verts,

Gérer la prestation des services de nettoyage et de collecte des déchets,

Gérer la prestation de services de restauration, conciergerie, auto-partage, etc.

De plus, en tant que FMRE Business Partner, vous serez le point focal, le représentant du Facility Management vis-à-vis des clients internes, de la direction du site et des instances sociales ; vous aurez aussi la responsabilité directe sur le Space Management (allocation de surfaces, réagencement des espaces et déménagements).

**Vos responsabilités et challenges**:
Recueillir les besoins de clients internes : nécessités et contraintes, changements opérationnels (taux de production, développement de programmes, effectifs et périmètres, etc.),

Conseiller les clients internes : accompagnement de l'utilisateur dans la formulation de sa demande, questionnement des besoins dans le respect des contraintes budgétaires, du cadre contractuel avec nos fournisseurs, des engagements et règles du Facility Management,

S'assurer que les activités FM sont exécutées correctement : s'assurer que les requêtes dans l'outil de gestion FM sont enregistrées et correctement attribuées, identifier les anomalies trouvées dans le traitement des demandes et informer les clients sur les actions correctives relatives à leurs réclamations,

S'assurer que les clients sont satisfaits des travaux exécutés,

Agir en tant que « porte-parole » pour le Facility Management, communiquer et réaliser le reporting vers les clients et la Direction Générale du site

Etre capable de communiquer et de piloter des projets : traduction des besoins clients en devis et commandes,

Vérifier les autorisations de dépense en appliquant les règles FM, placer la demande d'achat et réaliser les réceptions

Contribuer aux prévisions financières

S'assurer que les sous-traitants se conforment aux normes techniques et aux règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et d'environnement préconiser par la société

Garantir la sécurité des biens et des personnes,

Développer un regard critique sur le bon état des bâtiments et des installations : enregistrer les anomalies en faisant des demandes dans d'intervention dans l'outil FM, en identifiant et en signalant des problèmes récurrents liés à l'usure des bâtiments,
