**YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
**Within the Group, you will join the Group Chief Underwriting Office as PMO in the Pricing department, reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management.**
**YOUR JOB AND DAILY MISSIONS**:
**Primary mission**
- **Provide administrative support to the Group Chief Pricing Actuary & Head of Portfolio Management.**
- Lead meetings and workshops with careful planning and coordination
- Steering strategic projects and initiatives from beginning to completion
- Complete special projects and initiatives with oversight and support
- Identify and address issues with operational processes and procedures
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments using key resources as required
- Establish and leverage a strong network of relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver coordinated views around Pricing and Portfolio Management topics
- Perform other duties as assigned
- **Support the team**
- Responsible for relaying key business information between Pricing team members
- Monitor progress of operational plan across the Pricing group, and facilitate reporting and prioritization
- Assist in business performance review analysis and preparation, including reporting on the progress of projects, and developing material for formal operational presentations
- Work closely with the other Pricing leaders to develop and implement a long-term technical vision and Pricing strategy
- Monitor progress of value added (including identification of appropriate measures) across the Pricing group, and facilitate reporting and prioritization.

- Proficiency in MS Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Ability to analyze information and understand information as it relates to ongoing work/team projects
- Sound research skills and attention to detail
- Rigorous, strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
