**STUDIOCANAL**, a 100% subsidiary of Vivendi's CANAL+ Group, is the European leader in the production, distribution and international sales of feature films and TV series, operating in the five major European markets - France, UK, Germany, Benelux and Spain - as well as in Australia and New Zealand. STUDIOCANAL finances and produces around 30 films a year, distributes around 50 films a year, and has one of the world's largest film libraries, with almost 7,000 titles from 60 countries, covering 100 years of cinema history. Over the past 5 years, STUDIOCANAL has invested 20 million euros in the restoration of 700 classic films. STUDIOCANAL also produces over 200 hours of TV series each year at international level. All productions are carried out either via STUDIOCANAL entities or via its network of award-winning European production companies (STUDIOCANAL Series, LAILAPS FILMS, RED PRODUCTION COMPANY, URBAN MYTH FILMS, BAMBÚ PRODUCCIONES, STUDIOCANAL ORIGINAL, 2e BUREAU, SUNNYMARCH TV, SAM PRODUCTIONS, DUTCH FILMWORKS).

Based in London, this opportunity will support the UK and International HR Teams across all areas of generalist HR, from the recruitment process, onboarding, training and events, D&I, reporting and topical HR projects for all UK based entities (SC UK, Copyrights, Red)

Mains duties

**Recruitment**
- Support the HR team in the recruitment process
- Ensure tests are available for each role, ensure fair set questions are on file for each role
- Work with teams booking interviews for permanent, temporary vacancies
- Gather salary benchmarking data from industry agencies for roles
- Ensure all roles are advertised on Company Website through Share+

**VIE Programme**
- Support the team in Paris to deliver the annual VIE program across territories
- Ensure all roles are advertised on Company Website through Share+
- Work closely with government body managing the VIE process
- Assist UK HR Coordinator with VIE and FDA trainee programs

**Exchange Programme**
- Be identified as the contact person in case of questions from employees
- Coordinate the logístical aspects/administrative process once profiles are validated (dates validation, accommodation & transport booking, follow up during the program..)

**Training**
- In charge of the logistic for various training sessions happening in the company throughout the year
- Support the team with promoting any Havas monthly events happening at HKX
- Join the social committee to ensure our D&I events link up with social events

**Research**:

- Assist with research on topical HR projects
- Assist with Share+ reporting i.e. turnover

General Admin:

- Support the HR Coordinator in the new starter and leaver process: reference checks, probationary period reminders, contract renewal reminders
- Assist the France HRBP in the following of UK monthly recharges
- Keep ‘right to work tracker’ is up-to-date and ensure all documentation is on every person’s individual file
- Raise Purchase Order numbers on a monthly basis and keep tracker up-to-date
- Assist the HR Coordinator in production of monthly HR newsletter, researching topics

What about you ?
- Passion for Film and TV
- Business School degree (or equivalent)
- First experience in HR (apprenticeship or internship)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication
- Attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Good Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint user
