**Le rôle**
Au sein de notre practice « Work, Rewards & Careers », vous serez amené(e) à prendre en charge directement, sous la responsabilité d’un directeur, des projets variés dans un contexte international:
- Analyse de l’égalité/équité salariale entre femmes et hommes et recommandation de plans d’actions
- Mise en place d’une démarche globale autour de la transparence salariale (rémunération, benefits, communication)
- Création d’architecture, de classification et de catalogue des emplois
- Mise en place de parcours de carrière et de référentiel de compétences
- Benchmark des rémunérations
- Refonte de politiques de rémunération globale (rémunération fixe, rémunération variable individuelle et collective, management de la performance, benchmarks)
Pour mener à bien ces missions, vous pourrez compter sur notre capital intellectuel, nos données et nos outils innovants basés sur l’intelligence artificielle. WTW dispose de technologies uniques en Data Science pour toujours mieux accompagner nos clients et leur permettre de prendre des décisions éclairées. En tant que Project Manager, vous serez amené(e) à travailler directement auprès de nos clients et à gérer l’ensemble des étapes des projets : coordination de l’équipe en interne, coordination avec le client, préparation des livrables, suivi du budget, planification des étapes et réunions, etc.
Par ailleurs, vous participerez à l’ensemble de la vie de l’équipe « Work, Rewards & Careers » : actions marketing, évènements, initiatives commerciales, et participation aux projets transverses au sein du business « Work & Rewards ». Vous pourrez compter sur notre équipe dynamique, engagée et bienveillante pour vous intégrer.
**Les exigences**
- Diplômé(e) BAC+5 : grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs, université (RH, finance, économie), vous souhaitez intervenir dans le conseil en Capital Humain et réaliser vos ambitions personnelles
- Vous possédez 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en conseil ou dans un département Compensation & Benefits d’un groupe international. Une première expérience dans le conseil est préférable
- Vous avez déployé et coordonné des projets à forts enjeux dans un contexte international et avec de nombreuses parties prenantes
- Votre orientation client, ainsi que vos capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et d’écoute vous permettront de réussir dans le métier de consultant
- Vous communiquez et animez des réunions avec aisance, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en français et en anglais
- Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et avez le sens du travail en équipe
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les chiffres et les statistiques ainsi qu’Excel et les outils du pack Office
